Also building your professional expertise so you are an invaluable internal consultant is vital for your career. Becoming Certified in a variety of tools helps you build your expertise.
We also cater for independent consultants who are looking to expand their offerings and can help you to design a business model that meets the needs of your clients.
We understand how important it is to feel supported and be able to spend time with like-minded professionals. We offer regular catch ups for Certified professionals along with exclusive invitations to webinars, access to marketing materials, and whitepapers.
Are you missing out on building capability?
If you are an internal consultant within an organisation or an external consultant providing services to your clients, becoming certified in relevant tools can be beneficial to your business.
Relying on others to deliver services related to assessments can be unreliable and prevents you from fully leveraging what the tool has to offer.
For example, people who are certified in the EQ-i 2.0 are able to use it not only to measure emotional intelligence of individuals, but to review group profiles, and map the subscales against capability frameworks. This broadens the efficacy of the tool and the integration of emotional intelligence into your organisation.
We can work with you to figure out exactly how to fully leverage all of the tools we have available for certification.
I really enjoyed this program! The blended learning format worked well for me, having the online modules alongside the virtual sessions struck a great balance, and being able to go back and revisit the content was a huge bonus especially before taking the test. The small group activities were a highlight, a fun and practical way to put the skills into action. The resources were excellent and genuinely supported my learning throughout, along with the knowledgeable facilitator that brought the learning to life. Most of all I loved the people I got to meet along the way, the conversations and connections made this experience truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend it!
Claire Marriott, Co-Founder - Culture Proof
The whole program end to end was great, Ros was very experienced and knowledgeable and leveraged this during the course. Ros followed up with role specific considerations when using the EQ360 tool which was very well received.
Dale Osborne, People Safety Culture and Communications - Department of Justice and Community Safety Victoria
Ros was perfect- "the guru". The materials are terrific, and the tool is excellent. 10/10.

Why the most psychologically safe teams are led by people who say hard things clearly, calmly, and without apology.
The numbers are pretty confronting. You can’t manage what you can’t measure — and that includes emotional intelligence.
Most leaders recognise that emotional intelligence (EI) is fundamental to success. It shapes how they communicate, make decisions, manage stress, and build trust. Their commitment to developing these skills gets them started — but knowing how to measure growth, and whether their efforts are truly making a difference, is often less clear.
