What Reports Are Available for the CSI 2?

The Change Style Indicator® 2 offers an Individual and Group report, providing a comprehensive analysis of individual and group preferred change style.

• Individual Reports: Detailed analysis of a person's change style, including strengths and potential challenges.
• Group Reports: Aggregated data highlighting the distribution of change styles within a team, aiding in understanding group dynamics and planning interventions.

The CSI 2 offers two reports: an Individual Report and a Group Report.

Individual Report. A modern, easy-to-follow report that gives each participant detailed insight into their preferred approach to change. It includes:

• their change style preference and a score showing the strength of that preference
• typical behaviours associated with each change style
• potential pitfalls when a style is overused
• strategies for flexing towards the other styles
• practical tips for improving collaboration during change
• guidance for leaders on supporting their teams through change (this section can be turned off where it doesn't apply)

The report is valuable both for the participant and for the practitioner delivering the debrief, who can tailor the conversation to the individual's natural inclinations.

Group Report. Aggregates individual results to show a team's overall change composition: how many Conservers, Pragmatists and Originators it has, and where members sit on the continuum. It highlights the team's shared strengths and challenges and supports strategies for collaboration, intervention and adaptability.
