Is Certification Required to Administer the CSI 2?

No. Formal certification is not required to administer the CSI 2. MHS removed the mandatory certification that applied to the original CSI to make the tool more accessible to professionals and organisations worldwide.

Purchase of CSI 2 reports includes access to self-paced onboarding and training modules. These cover the CSI 2 framework, administration, report interpretation, an introduction to psychometrics, a case study, and guidance on facilitating interactive group activities.

If you were certified in the original CSI, your certification continues and you also have access to the new modules.
