How is the Change Style Indicator (CSI 2) Administered?

The CSI 2 is administered and scored entirely online. Each participant receives a unique link from their administrator and completes the assessment at a time that suits them, usually before a debrief or workshop.

• Format: 20 forced-choice items. Participants see two statements and choose the one that best reflects their preference. This format helps reveal genuine preferences rather than the answer that sounds most desirable.
• Time: 2–10 minutes.
• Who can complete it: adults aged 18 and over.
• Languages: English (North America), Spanish (Europe) and French (Europe).

Despite its brevity, the CSI 2 gives valuable insight into a person's natural approach to navigating and managing change.
