People have a preference for a particular Communication Style. These styles are generally outside of conscious awareness and represent the internal processing a person uses to interact with the world. When these styles are identified (by watching eye movements, body language and listening to how a person talks), an amazing level of effective and predictive communication occurs.

To value something means to place importance on it. Values represent how we decide whether our actions are good or bad, or right or wrong. Values can be defined as feelings or emotional states that we either want to experience (toward values) or want to avoid (away values). That is, they are our attractions or repulsions in life.
