Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) can be defined as the art and science of personal excellence. It is a communications technology that teaches you how to learn, through language and the senses, via the Nervous System. It combines three elements.

NLP teaches us that it’s not what we think about that creates emotional responses, but how our brain codes information. For example, imagine being stuck in peak hour traffic knowing you are already going to be late to an important appointment. It’s not the peak hour traffic per se that frustrates you, but the pattern of thinking and thoughts you have regarding what this will mean. By thinking differently, you’ll feel differently.
